Served together with steamed chicken with the fragrance of ginger and onion, Ikan Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste (Nasi Ayam Hainan) can also be used to marinate chicken before steaming.

Ingredients Garlic, Onion, RBD Palm Olein, Ginger, Salt, Lemongrass, Chicken Stock Powder, Galangal, Sugar and Sesame Oil (Contain Sesame Seed).

Cooking instructions (Serves 8-10):
1) Wash 600g rice, add in water equally and add in 1 packet of IKAN BRAND Paste and one tablespoon of butter into rice cooker.
2) Stir and mix until dissolved. Add in 2 pandan leaves (optional). Ready to be served after rice is cooked.
