Cinnamon Quills (Sticks)

Directions:
Cinnamon quills are most often  used to flavour sweet dessert dishes. Add it to apple pie recipes,  donuts, cinnamon buns, as well as spicy candies, tea, and hot chocolate.  Sprinkle ground cinnamon over cereal. Cinnamon can also be used in  Middle Eastern recipes.

Medicinal use of cinnamon dates back  over 4000 years and has a large range of historical health applications.  Contemporary use of cinnamon includes helping curb the urge for tobacco  addicts. It has been used as a way to treat diarrhea and digestive  problems.
