A ready-to-cook curry sauce, Ikan Chicken Curry Paste (Kari Ayam) is loaded with chillies, grated roasted coconut, garlic and selected spices.

Ingredients
Chili Boh, Onion, RBD Palm Olein, Curry Powder, Lemongrass, Salt, Garlic, Galangal, Turmeric, Sugar,Chili Powder, Shrimp Paste (Contain Shrimp) & Kurma Powder.

Cooking Instructions (Serves 4-5):
1) Mix Curry Paste together with 1kg of chicken/meat and 200gm of potato in apot, cooktill aromatic.
2) Pour 400ml ofwater to pot andbring to boil, lastly add in 200ml coconutmilk. Use low heat cook until chicken/ meat is tender. (Approximately 20 minutes)
