Nam Powder Seasoning

• Ingredients: acidity regulators, dextrose, salt, emulsifier, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), antioxidant, preservative, spices (galangal, ginger).
• Product of Thailand

Directions for use:

1. Chop 1/2 kg lean pork sirloin while its fresh and cold.
2. Cut 250g of cooked pork rind into small long strips and keep cold.
3. Combine all ingredients with Nam Powder Seasoning. Add 3 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic and 10-20 fresh red chilli peppers.
4. Knead until the mixture becomes sticky.
5. Pack tightly into plastic containers and seal off. Allow at least 24 hours at room temperature before serving.
