Directions:How to make California Rolls
Ingredients (4 rolls)
1 medium avacado
1 Japanese cucumber
4 Sugata Yakinori
6 cups sushi rice
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
8 imiation crab-meat sticks
4 teaspoons mayonnaise
1) Peel avacado, cut into wedges and remove seed. Cut into 8 pieces or more.
2) Cut cucumber into length equal size to Sugata yakinori (18cm). Cut in half lengthwise, then cut lengthwise into quarters.
3) Put 1 1/2 cup sushi rice on Sugata Yakinori and flatten to 7mm in thickness with back of spoon. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over rice.
4) Lay plastic wrap over bamboo mat. Carefully place the rice with Sugata Yakinori upsidedown on to plastic wrap.
5) Put two pieces of avacado, 2 cucumber stick, 2 crabmeat sticks, 1 tsp maoynnaise.
6) Begin rolling by lifting mat and pressing ingredients in with fingers. Roll up carefully. Press end. Remove mat and unwrap plastic.
7) Repeat using all ingredients to make 4 rolls. Cut each roll crosswise into 6-8 equal slices. Makes 4 rolls.
